What does the powder contain?

Washed and dried Comfrey leaves.  No chemicals or chemical pesticides are used on the leaves.  (A fertiliser (2:3:2) is, however, dug into the soil, to ensure healthy plants.)  Herbs and other plants are used to treat plant diseases (if it should occur), and to deter harmful insects.

How is the powder consumed?

Mix  1 teaspoon of powder with just enough boiling water to form a smooth pulp.  Cool down and swallow.  Added sugar or yoghurt improve the taste.

I have only heard of Comfrey Tea.  Why do you market it in powder form?

To get the utmost medicinal benefits from this God-given plant!  If you drink it in tea form, what do you do with the strained leaves?!  It is discarded, of course!  You are throwing away about 90% of the medicine!  This is the reason why we market it in powder form.  100% of this natural medicine is then used – much more value for your money - and health!

What does the powder taste like?

It almost tastes like dried parsley.  The fresh leaves smell like cucumber.

Can Comfrey be used for internal parasites?

Yes.  It can be used for tick fever and malaria.  (It is widely used in Mozambique for malaria.)  The ointment relieves the itching caused by scabies.

Name some additional benefits of using Comfrey:

General

Allergies:  The plant is hypoallergenic.  It soothes and clears up allergies and being hypoallergenic, does not cause allergies.

Bacteria:  Amoebic-like bacteria’s further growth is prevented and is said to be destroyed by Comfrey, thus acting as a natural anti-biotic!

Blood flow:  Comfrey acts as an astringent – shrinks soft tissue and contracts blood vessels, thus checking blood flow, as in the case of haemorrhages.

Cancer:   It has a reputed anti-cancer action.

Healing: Allantoin (quickly absorbed through the skin) and mucilage makes Comfrey a powerful healing agent.  Allantoin stimulates cell proliferation.  Comfrey guards against scar tissue developing incorrectly.

Scars:  Comfrey contains a substance which ensures the correct formation of scar tissue.  This is the reason why wounds do not leave scars if Miracle Comfrey Ointment is applied soon after injury/burns.  See  photos of burn wounds -  NO SCARS!

Tissue:  Comfrey stimulates the rapid regeneration of new cells and therefore new tissue.  It cleans up dead tissue while healing.

Ointment

Allantoin: The active ingredient in Comfrey, absorbed fast and deep into the skin.  This is the reason why the ointment is extremely effective in the healing of broken bones.  Allantoin is well known for its exceptional healing properties.  It is being synthesized in the modern pharmaceutical industry.

Skin care:  Miracle Comfrey Ointment is excellent for skin care.  Comfrey stimulates the formation of new cells and tissue, thus acting as a rejuvenator and assisting in the prevention of wrinkles.  It has a softening, soothing and cooling effect on the skin.  It acts in a cleansing way as it destroys amoebic-like bacteria.  The allantoin is absorbed deep into the skin, where most moisturisers are only effective on the upper skin layers!  The plant is hypoallergenic and does not cause allergic reactions as some chemical products do.  It can even be used on baby or sensitive skin.

Powder
